Spring showers and chilly winds! Malta is set for a week of varied weather conditions ahead
It’s beginning to look a lot like spring!

This week's weather forecast paints a picture of overcast skies dominating the scene, occasionally punctuated by gentle showers.

According to Maltese Islands Weather, Tuesday 23rd April is looking gloomy with the weather being partly cloudy. The wind that dominated most of last week is set to make another appearance this week, blowing at Force 6 to 7 on this day and for most of Wednesday 24th April.

Wednesday stands out with a chillier disposition than usual, with temperatures hovering around 14°C. We can also expect some rain showers in the afternoon with the minimum temperature going down to 12°C.

As the week progresses, the possibility of rain persists, with Friday 26th April and Saturday 27th April also on the radar for potential showers. This intermittent precipitation serves as a gentle reminder that while spring blooms may be in full swing, nature's waterworks are never too far away.

However, overall the temperature is set to increase from the minimal of 14°C on Wednesday to 19°C and 20°C throughout the whole of this week. While the wind is set to die down on Friday afternoon, it will not leave our island yet as Saturday 27th April is looking breezy with Force 6 to 7 for most of the day.

What do you make of this spring weather?
