After enduring a few days of gloomy weather, residents and visitors to the Maltese Islands can finally anticipate a sunny turn for the upcoming weekend.

The forecast, according to Facebook page Maltese Islands Weather, promises clear skies and abundant sunshine, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities and bask in the warmth of the Mediterranean climate.

Temperatures are expected to hover comfortably between 21 to 23°C, providing ideal conditions for beach outings or leisurely strolls along the picturesque coastlines. However, with the increase in sunshine comes a heightened UV index, reaching a level of 8, reminding everyone to take necessary precautions to protect their skin from harmful rays.

Despite the sunny outlook, the persistent presence of winds will continue to be felt across the islands. On Saturday 4th May, the winds are forecasted to peak at Force 5-6, providing a super brisk breeze.

Overall, the weekend weather forecast presents a welcome change from the recent overcast skies, inviting us to embrace the sunshine and make the most of the natural beauty that the Maltese Islands have to offer.

Are you excited for this weekend’s sunny skies?
