Do you remember Francesca Rausi, Malta’s adorable little model raising awareness about Down Syndrome? Well, we've learned that the little star turns four today! And this cutie is truly enjoying her special day and birthday week in style, with lots planned!

Michelle Rausi, Francesca’s mama, tells us that tonight, “all the family are coming over for her birthday” – a very Maltese thing to do. “This morning she’s celebrating her birthday at school and she took the muffins that she decorated herself,” Michelle says. “She was very happy with the result!” - And we can see why!

And in true 2019 fashion, her birthday week will end with a smashing party on Saturday with all her friends from school. Sounds super fun!
