Some great news for those who have been following Mickey's story! Association for Abandoned Animals have just shared an update on little Mickey, the puppy that was found covered in tar. He's officially staying at the AAA Sanctuary and is doing really well, all things considered!

"A better service and medical treatment, this tiny 8 week old puppy could not have had. Thank you Dr Trevor's clinic, you are the best and once again thank you for the discounts," they shared on Facebook in an update.

"This morning he came to AAA sanctuary and look at him. Eye that was covered in tar had been saved, lost lots of fur but skin not infected and in a very good state." Thank the furry heavens! "We will continue monitoring him for another couple of days and at the end of this week, he will be leaving to his new family. We were overwhelmed with requests of people wanting to adopt him. So from here, we thank all of you that support us , without your help we can never give these dogs and puppies this maximum care."

You can help the sanctuary, too!
