‘You’ve exhausted us!’ – Local frontliner speaks out about Malta’s current situation
It’s heartbreaking.

A local frontliner is sharing his two cents about the current situation Malta finds itself in. Johan Briffa, an emergency ambulance responder, shared an emotional post on social media, pleading with locals to take a look at themselves in the mirror and essentially pull up their socks.

“You’ve exhausted us! Now clap for us,” he frustratingly shares on social media. “It’s not that we’re fed up of you thanking us, but you cannot thank us without respecting us.”

“And one more thing, don’t blame each other before looking in the mirror and seeing the mistakes you’ve done or are doing. Without sacrifice we’re going to remain in this situation or worse. Now when everything collapses, cry over spilled milk. It might be too late then."
