Schools in Malta are set to open their doors to students on Monday in a staggered manner, Prime Minister Robert Abela has just announced. 

In today's press conference, details are being given regarding which measures will eased on Monday 12th April following the month-long quasi-lockdown Malta has been in. Primary schools, kindergartens and childcare centres will reopen on Monday 12th April, middle schools will then be open on Wednesday 14th, while secondary schools (Form 3-5) will return on Friday. Post-secondary schools will continue with online learning.
