WATCH: Malta's Police Force asks for public cooperation on International Worker's Day
COVID-19 measures will be eased from next Monday

Today is International Worker's Day yet there is no rest for law enforcement officers and first responders as they work to ensure all COVID-19 regulations are duly respected.

Many are without a doubt rejoicing in the wake of an announcement easing COVID-19 measures from next Monday, however the Malta Police Force has earlier today issued a video message asking for public caution: "International Workers' Day is a public holiday but just another normal day for us who beyond our core duties, are out on the streets enforcing COVID-19 regulations. Out of respect to all first responders working today, we kindly ask you to enjoy this national holiday by STAYING SAFELY AT HOME!" the post read.
