Big changes coming to Pjazza l-Assedju!

Ever struggled to park when exploring Gozo's capital? A new project has been announced for Pjazza l-Assedju in Victoria, which will transform the area into an open space complete with an underground car park.

The upcoming project includes around 2,100 square metres of green, tree-lined open space, under which there will be a multi-level underground car park offering 230 additional parking spaces.

Once complete, the new car park should bring welcome relief to drivers, particularly during the busier hours of the day visiting the surrounding sights and venues, including the Cittadella, 'It-Tokk' market, and the two theatres found almost opposite each other in Triq ir-Repubblika - Teatru Astra and Teatru Aurora.
