Walking for a good cause! ‘Il-Mixja tal-President’ returns this November in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund
This year’s edition of the annual ‘Il-Mixja tal-President’ (translation: ‘The President’s Walk’) will take place on Sunday 30th November, raising funds for the Malta Community Chest Fund (MCCF).
Depending on the pace they’ll be walking at, participants will set off from two starting points – San Anton Palace in Attard and the main square in Paola – both departing at 9:15am, before joining together at Blata l-Bajda for the final stretch to the Grandmaster’s Palace in Valletta.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, several local band clubs will lead the walk from outside Parliament to St. George’s Square, encouraging participants on their final stretch of the walk.
