They’ve done it! Local org collects enough funds to sponsor 11 children in India
We need more people like Mission4Changes!

The Maltese truly have hearts of gold! Yesterday we wrote that the local organisation Mission4Changes, who are currently in India doing voluntary work, needed funds to sponsor 11 underprivileged kids who board with the sisters in Meghalaya. Up until yesterday evening, there was just one more kid left to complete the list, and this morning, we found that all 11 have now been sponsored!

“All Mihmyntdu boarding students have been sponsored. Thank you all. The three sisters here are very happy,” says head of Mission4Changes, Anselmo Bugeja in a Facebook post.

Anselmo urges everyone (locals and beyond) to pitch in for such great causes whenever they can. “For us it is something small but for them it means a lot. I was lucky to share this time with them and you should see the great happiness we give them when they know someone cares for them. And the lessons we get from them, especially in sharing, are priceless.”

Kudos to the group!
