Get ready for a night of pure musical fire as Italian blues-rock legend Zucchero takes the stage in Malta on 17th July 2025 at the Għaxaq Grounds! With his full band and world-class production in tow, this concert promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for local fans of live music.

With a career spanning over four decades, Zucchero (Adelmo Fornaciari) has cemented his place as one of Italy’s most celebrated artists. The Grammy-nominated, multi-time World Music Award winner has sold over 60 million records worldwide, and his influence stretches far beyond his home country.

From being the first Western artist to perform at the Kremlin after the fall of the Soviet Union, to appearing at Woodstock ’94, and playing multiple sold-out shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London, Zucchero is no stranger to making music history.

Known for his signature blend of blues, soul, rock, and gospel, Zucchero has collaborated with global music icons such as Eric Clapton, Bono, Luciano Pavarotti, BB King, Sting, and Miles Davis, bringing his unique style to audiences around the world.

This year, he’ll be giving Malta a dose of the sugar from his Overdose D'Amore World Tour, spanning stages across continents. Get more information from the Facebook and Instagram pages of the Ghaxaq Music Festival, and tickets are now available at: www.showshappening.com. Children under 12 can attend for free when accompanied by an adult (excluding the seated area, where a ticket is required for each seat).

Mark your calendars, music lovers - this is one show you won’t want to miss!
