For the 12th time, the Hamrun Local Council will be organising the long-awaited Hamrun Chocolate Festival this Saturday, 22nd October.

Hamrun’s city centre will be the beating heart of the festival where anyone who visits will undergo the ultimate chocolate experience.

Chocolate lovers across Malta will find a treasure trove of information, but above they’ll get to enjoy all the delicious delicacies that await them.

The themes for the festival range from pleasure and creativity to passion and gourmet tasting, health and wellness.

For this special edition the organisers have prepared ‘new’ creations and activities for all those with a sweet tooth to enjoy.

The festival will start at 5pm and will go on until late.

Ever wondered why the chocolate festival is organised in Hamrun? Legend has is that during the time of Grand Master Perelos’ rule over Malta, he himself used to store cocoa beans in Hamrun.

Are you planning on attending?
