A round of applause is in order for this local company! Hotels located all over the world belonging to the Maltese Corinthia Group have won eight awards at this year’s World Travel Awards, which took place in Portugal last weekend. Yaaaas!
The World Travel Awards brand is globally recognised as the ultimate hallmark of quality in the hospitality industry, and is organised annually to celebrate individual and collective successes around the world.
The World Travel Awards are the equivalent of the Oscars of the industry, so we can only imagine how prestigious the night was! Here are all the awards that Corinthia Group proudly took home.
1. Czech Republic’s Leading Business Hotel 2019 was awarded to Corinthia Hotel Prague.
2. Russia’s Leading Luxury Hotel Suite 2019 was won by the Royal Suite at the Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg.
3. Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg also won Russia’s Leading Conference Hotel 2019.
4. Another award for Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg was Russia’s Leading Business Hotel 2019.
5. Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa took home Malta’s Leading Hotel 2019.
6. Hungary’s Leading Hotel Residences 2019 was awarded to The Royal Residences at Corinthia Hotel Budapest.
7. England’s Leading Hotel Suite 2019 went to The Royal Penthouse at Corinthia Hotel London.
8. Corinthia Hotel London also took home England’s Leading Luxury Hotel 2019.
