Malta’s two leading food delivery services, Bolt and Wolt announced that they have suspended their food delivery services for the time being due the inclement weather that is currently hitting Malta and Gozo.

“Our couriers safety is top priority”, Wolt Food wrote on their food app.

Bolt Food have not yet released an official statement announcing the temporary halt in their services but nonetheless, all restaurant on the app are showing up as ‘unavailable’, indicating that they too have suspended their services.

The rain is showing no signs of stopping which likely means that food delivery services are unlikely to commence again anytime soon.
