Taking to Facebook, one worried owner offered a short description of his cat in the hopes that people living in the area might spot her: "Please help us find Ruby - especially those who live in Mosta-Ta’ Mlit Area. Ruby was last seen last night and is believed to be very close to the area. She is wearing a purple collar with a bell," he wrote in a public post.
