Good Samaritan leaves kind note to woman who forgot her bank card in ATM
Mondays are not so bad after all

Caroline Curmi

We’re all prone to blunders, especially on a Monday, and for one woman called Christine Cassar, today seems to be no exception.

Having forgotten her bank card in an ATM in Sir Adrian Dingli Street in Sliema, one kind-hearted person left the unlucky woman a note stuck to the side of the machine in case she returned to look for her misplaced card: “CHRISTINE CASSAR Your card was found here & took to Sliema Police station,” the note read.

While we hope the bank card is now safely back in Christine's purse, do share this article with any women who also have the same name in case she's still searching for it!

Heartfelt thanks to this good Samaritan!

When she’s not having a quarter-life crisis, Caroline is either drawing in a café, frittering her salary on sushi or swearing at traffic in full-on Gozitan. There is also the occasional daytime drink somewhere in the equation. Or two. A creative must be allowed at least one vice.
