With Christmas well and truly on its way, there’s nothing like a good Christmas market to bring some festive cheer and help you start crossing some presents off your to-buy list. The village of Kirkop will be holding just that this Saturday and Sunday, excitingly called ‘Gigantic’, organised by the local council.

Walking through the Christmas market, one can expect to find several artisan stalls selling traditional keepsakes that could make the perfect gift, as well as food and drink stalls that will be providing some snacks and the much-awaited mulled wine!

Visitors will be able to admire a Christmas tree made entirely of empty milk cartons, and might even spot some ‘snow’ falling in the village of Kirkop!

Opening hours are between 5 PM and 10 PM on Saturday, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Sunday – don’t miss this great start to the Christmas season!
