The Superintendence of Cultural Heritage, in collaboration with Heritage Malta and BirdLife Malta, invites you to ๐๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ & ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐: ๐ ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐, an event celebrating Malta’s natural and cultural heritage, taking place on the 17th of June at the Salina Nature Reserve, as part of ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐.
Access to the event is entirely free and open to all members of the public - both young and young-at-heart!
This year's edition of EAD will see a 360° exploration of Salina as both a natural reserve and a cultural treasure, defined by the anthropological and archaeological activity across millennia. Visitors will be able to attend talks and tours on the expanses of Salina's cultural heritage and will also have the opportunity to participate in a special VR experience that will illuminate the viewer on Malta's underwater archaeology. Children's activities will also be ongoing throughout the day.
