Archbishop Emeritus Mons. Paul Cremona is urgently rushed to hospital
The former Archbishop of Malta, Mons. Paul Cremona, more commonly referred to as ‘Pawlu’ by locals, needs our prayers after urgently being rushed to Mater Dei hospital after collapsing at the Dominicans’ Convent in Rabat.

Fellow priests who were with the Archbishop at the time told NET News that they were shocked when it happened, and immediately called an ambulance for help. Mons. Paul Cremona is reportedly being treated at the hospital’s ITU.

The former Archbishop served as the Dominican Prior Provincial of the island between 1981 and 1989, and was appointed as Malta’s Archbishop in December 2006, until he resigned in October 2014.
