Thankfully, this unusual bout of warm, dry weather is set to come to a swift conclusion this very weekend, with local weather page Aggornament tat-Temp predicting a whopping 80 per cent chance of rain for this Saturday 5th November.
“As we revealed last week, the weather is set to change from this Friday. South-southwestern winds are set to hit the islands in the afternoon, whilst Saturday brings about an 80 per cent chance of showers,” Aggornament tat-Temp wrote.

The Force Four to Five south-southwestern winds are set to be felt until Saturday, when these will change into Force Five western winds and, finally, Force Six to Seven west-northwestern winds.

These conditions will persist through Sunday, which is set to be characterised by Force Six north-western winds, possible showers, and temperature highs of 21°C.
The meteorological office at the Malta International Airport shares a similar forecast for the weekend, predicting strong winds, isolated showers, and highs of 20°C for Saturday 5th November as well as strong winds, highs of 21°C, and lows of 16°C for Sunday 6th November.
