Local fashion icons Charles & Ron have done it again! 

Y2k’s favourite punk princess, Avril Lavigne, has just made our pop-rock dreams come true by wearing Maltese designers Charles & Ron’s leather gloves in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam.

The pop singer paired the gloves with leather pants, completing her edgy look in the latest issue of the well-renowned magazine.

Charles Borg – one half of the Charles & Ron brand – shared the excellent news yesterday on his Facebook profile.

These gloves look like a favourite in the LA scene as this isn’t the first time they’ve been spotted on a celebrity. 

Just last November, popstar Ariana Grande was spotted wearing a black version of the same gloves.

It’s safe to say she loved them, as she wore the gloves again in December during a performance.  

The designing duo has dominated the local and international fashion industries for years, displaying collections during New York and Los Angeles Fashion Weeks.
