With its stunning coastline, beautiful seaside, quaint city centres and green fields, Gozo seems to have been custom-made to feature in postcards. One particularly gorgeous location is Wied il-Ghasri, a tiny but visually stunning inlet wedged between two cliffsides in the periphery of Zebbug, Gozo.
The pebbled beach is a common inclusion in photo albums for locals, tourists and expats alike and it's untainted natural beauty makes it a marvellous place to swim, snorkel and explore. Most know it as a calm and idyllic location, however the high winds that have accosted the island recently have transformed the usually bright blue lagoon into a foamy pit.
