Meet Team French Hobza (see?), the half Maltese, half French team comprised of athletes Kyle Micallef, Christina Grima, Marco Arredondo and Eva Mostaert. These absolute beasts competed in what looked like one of the hardest and most intense crossfit competitions, which included different workouts such as weightlifting, core work and heck of a lot of S W E A T.

The team represented the respective lands of hobza and baguette with class, channelling their inner determination to get the workouts done with precise technique and great skill. But most of all, they challenged their bodies to the max and enjoyed every bit of the process.

Team French Hobza tackled squats, deadlifts, pull ups and so much more in high intensity. They even had a crazy workout that involved a sandbag worm, squats and overhead presses. Our entire bodies ache just by looking at the thing!
