WATCH: Living his best life! Tourist hitches a ride on horse-drawn sulky
Well, that's an alternative way to get around the island...

Kim Vella

What's your first instinct when you see a horse-drawn sulky?

Well, TikTok user @justin.jdw2 thought to make the most out of this quintessentially Maltese experience by asking the driver for a lift.

It’s safe to say that Justin’s efforts paid off, as shortly after making his request, Justin’s TikTok cuts to a shot of him riding alongside the driver.

What better way to get a first-hand experience of Maltese culture?

Despite having been posted just a day ago, Justin’s TikTok has amassed over 11,000 views and just under 1,000 likes.

“Malta is crazy, I also love the kindness they give you,” Justin captioned his video.

We hope you’re enjoying your stay on the islands, Justin!
