Valletta Michelin Star restaurant ION Harbour welcomes Simon Rogan as their new chef patron
Simon Rogan is mostly known for his sustainability in the kitchen.
The Michelin star ‘ION Harbour’, one of Malta’s most successful restaurants has just announced they are welcoming Simon Rogan as their new chef patron.
Simon is largely known for being one of the pioneers of the farm to table movement, having opened his first restaurant, ‘L’Enclume’ in the Lake District back in 2002. The restaurant has managed to achieve three Michelin stars.
The prestigious chef has since built his very own sustainable operating farm and has also become the chef patron of nine award winning restaurants across London, Malta, the Lake District and Hong Kong.

Not only is Simon Rogan, the chef patron behind many Michelin star restaurants but he has also been awarded the Michelin Green star, not once but twice.
He will now be bringing his unique and sustainable techniques over to our little rock for all fine dining lovers across Malta and Gozo to enjoy.
The ION Harbour by Simon Rogan will open for dinner tonight, Thursday 16th March and for lunch and dinner from Friday 17th March.
