WATCH: Explore Gnejna’s Lippija Tower and its surrounding trek
Absolutely gorgeous!

In one of his popular vlogs, local explorer Pierre Farrugia took his viewers on a beautiful spring walk alongside the Lippija tower in Gnejna and its surrounding hiking paths in Mgarr.

He started off in Mgarr and was soon welcomed with the refreshing conditions that Spring brings with it including the many blooming flowers and loads of singing birds.

The views of Gnejna bay from all the way up there were absolutely gorgeous.

Pierre soon arrived under the Lippija Tower which was built in 1637 and it was first tower built from the many coastal watch towers built by Giovanni Lascaris.

He then found a path along the cliffs and he started making his way down to the bay. Although it was very steep, he eventually managed to arrive on the beach.

After taking a short break while admiring the views the beach has to offer, Pierre continued this stunning hike once again and started making his way back to Mgarr.

He came across lots of water as it looked like the pathway was flooded but Pierre preserved and somehow made use of a stick to not get his feet wet and managed to get across.
