Ursoline sisters issue call for assistance to help fix severely damaged rooftop
Their lives are dedicated towards the rearing of young children

The Ursuline Sisters carry out one of the noblest and most selfless missions in Malta. Through their operation of Angela House, they care for 30 children coming from various yet equally difficult backgrounds. Their aim is to provide them with a safe haven to live, learn and grow, and while such a feat is not easy, the dedicated nuns must face yet another difficulty.

Earlier this morning, the Facebook page Friends of Angela House shared several pictures of the horrible rooftop conditions at the house. Fortunately, some of these situations have already been mitigated over the summer yet Angela House's situation remains dire.

The post reads: “Please help us pay our roof repairs this Christmas!” and goes on to reveal that while some works have been accounted for thanks to sponsors, other equally pressing works remain on hold due to lack of funds.

The Ursoline sisters require urgent assistance to reach the remaining balance of €25,000. With this anxiety off their mind, they can focus fully on assisting the children in their care.

If you'd like to help bring some Christmas cheer to their noble cause, extend a hand. No matter how small, every little bit counts!
