Among the striken areas are Bugibba, Naxxar, Msida, Birkirkara and San Gwann. It-telgha t'Alla u ommu, in the limits of Naxxar, is said to be particularly difficult to manouvre through, due to rainwater and a large number of stones and rocks strewn across the street.
