The Tax-Xiber bakery has been a staple one in Gozo for many years, but they have just announced that today was officially their last day!

“And the door is closed one final time”, the Tax-Xiber bakers announced on social media.

“Tax-Xiber Bakery workers would like to thank you all for your support throughout the years. This is the end of Tax-Xiber Bakery”, the post continued.

From the photos posted, the bakers can be seen celebrating the end of an era as they cut through a ‘Happy Retirement’ cake.

After many years of service, it was time for the Tax-Xiber owners to enjoy their well-deserved retirement!

Many soon jumped to the comment section to wish them the best and express that they will be missed.
