There’s a new kid on the block! NYB opened its first Bistro and we're already head over heels
There go our gym and dieting plans though…

Listen up, foodies! We’ve got a super treat. Famed burger joint, New York Best (or NYB as everyone calls it), have ventured on to something new, and boy are we excited. Get ready to indulge because the team at NYB has changed its Sliema outlet to New York Best Bistro!

The former burger hub has been revamped and given a more high-end feel, perfect for weekly gatherings and date nights. The team gave us a little taster, and we can confirm that it's going to be absolutely delicious!

Nick Diacono, the brains behind this project, said it’s “New York Best all grown up” and we couldn’t agree more. The menu is an expanded and refined version of the NYB menu we all know and love. “It happened really organically. We felt it was what the market wanted,” said Nick. This food lover thanks you, Nick!

NYB Bistro will be serving up intriguing and tasty pasta dishes, flavourful salads, their signature burgers (in my humble foodie opinion, the truffle burger is the definition of food porn), juicy cuts of meats, premium steaks and a selection of pizzas and focaccias.

Nick tells us that the burgers have also been elevated, and the Bistro now minces the meat in-house to guarantee a home-cooked meal. The pizza selection, prepared by NYB's fantastic pizzar, is also divine, as are the focaccias featuring a range of Italian premium ingredients, baked in their new stone oven. *Frees up Saturday night*

Are you drooling yet? Because we definitely are!
