Get ready, Malta! The capital city is pulling out all the stops as Valletta prepares to welcome 2026 with a night of music, entertainment, and fireworks. The celebrations kick off tomorrow at 8.45 PM, promising a truly spectacular evening for locals and visitors alike.

The show will be hosted by Ron, Jamie Cardona, and Taryn Mamo Cefai, starting with a performance by beloved Maltese singer Glen Vella and his band, followed by the elegant Palace String Orchestra. Throughout the night, some of Malta’s top talents – including Aidan Drakard, Denise, Gaia, Karin Duff, Keith Zammit Mintoff, Klinsmann, and Miriana Conte – will take to the stage, ensuring there’s something for every music lover.

As midnight approaches, DJs Denzel Jo Armani and Wayne will keep the energy high with the best dance hits of 2025, accompanied by impressive stage effects and a live broadcast of the fireworks display. Speaking of fireworks, the Grand Harbour show promises to be the biggest yet!

The celebrations reach their peak at the stroke of midnight with a special live concert by international star John Newman, known worldwide for hits like Love Me Again and collaborations with dance legends like Calvin Harris (Blame). To cap off the night, DJ Gabii will deliver a high-energy set, making sure the party continues until 2 AM.

For night owls, getting around won’t be a problem. Valletta Ferry Services will run until 1 AM, while bus services will be extended on 16 daytime routes and 5 night routes, operating even later than 1 AM. Travel is free for Tallinja card holders or €3 for single journeys without a card.

Will you be there?
