A Valletta gem! Check out these photos of Palazzo Castellania, Malta’s marble jewel of history and symbolism
Its Carrara marble portico and balcony immediately capture the eye

In the heart of Valletta, Palazzo Castellania stands as a masterpiece of Baroque architecture and historical grandeur. Its Carrara marble portico and balcony immediately capture the eye; gleaming white and intricately crafted, they embody both strength and elegance.

Above the entrance, the figures of Justice and Truth gaze out from their lofty perch, framed by Corinthian columns. These symbolic statues are more than decorative as they also represent the core values that once echoed within the walls of this former courthouse.

Every architectural detail of Palazzo Castellania is intentional. The symmetry, the flow of lines, and the ornate craftsmanship create a visual rhythm that draws the eye upward in a graceful ascent.

Today, Palazzo Castellania continues to inspire both locals and visitors, a living monument in the capital city.

Whether admired up close or from afar, it remains a proud beacon of Malta’s architectural and historical splendour.
