Sunny days ahead! Malta & Gozo set for gorgeous mid-November weather just in time for San Martin
Autumn sunshine alert!

Francesca Vella

It looks like we’re in for a treat, Malta! After a damp end to the weekend for some, with light overnight showers hitting parts of the south and Gozo, the rest of the week is shaping up beautifully, just in time for the feast of San Martin on Tuesday November 11th.

According to the latest forecast, today (Monday 10th November) will still bring some fairly strong northwesterly winds (Force 5), but they’re expected to ease off by Tuesday, settling into pleasant light breezes by midweek – the perfect setup for a picnic or an afternoon stroll in the countryside.

Temperatures are also set to climb slightly, rising from around 22°C today to a warm 25°C by the end of the week. So, if you’ve already packed away your summer clothes, it might be time to pull some T-shirts back out!

Evenings, however, will stay cool, hovering between 14°C and 17°C, so you’ll still want to keep that light sweater close at hand once the sun sets.

And for those who can’t resist a November dip, good news: the sea temperature is still a pleasant 22°C! Just remember, beaches are not lifeguarded outside the summer months, so make sure conditions are safe before swimming and stay close to shore.

With blue skies, mild weather, and the scent of autumn in the air, it’s looking like a perfect week to enjoy the great Maltese outdoors!

How will you be enjoying the upcoming weather?
