Valletta officially embraced the festive season as its streets were illuminated with dazzling Christmas lights and decorations. The switch-on ceremony happened last night, Sunday 24th November 2024.

The trio came together to press the ceremonial button, transforming the capital’s streets into a vibrant Christmas wonderland. The event drew a lively crowd eager to experience the magic of Valletta’s festive atmosphere.

This celebration marks the start of Malta’s holiday season, with a packed calendar of activities planned not only in Valletta but also in towns and villages across Malta and Gozo. The stunning decorations add a warm glow to the city, inviting both locals and tourists to soak in the holiday spirit.
