What is the thing you miss most about Malta when you’re away?

The fact that you run into someone you know every time you go out

What is your favourite…

Stella

Local restaurant
Probably New York Best.

Bar or watering hole & your usual order
Reflections in Mellieha, Martini Sprite.

Beach or swimming spot
Gnejna, Riviera Martinique or Golden Bay.

Place for a walk
Ghadira, all along the coast of it.

Nightlife spot
I hate clubbing, so Valletta at night.

Activity to do in Malta
Canoeing around the coast – there are so many hidden caves and secret bays!

Family tradition
Marsaxlokk market on Sundays.

Place to shop
Miss Selfridge, always.

Instagram spot in Malta?
Oh god so many! Any park in Valletta, secluded beaches around the island, but my fave is Fomm ir-Rih.

Stella

What’s something about Malta that not many people know about?

Probably that it’s an absolute gem, yet no one seems to acknowledge it much.

What do you like on your hobza?

Ahh, olives and lots of tomatoes.

Are you more of a…

Pizelli or irkotta person?
Irkotta always

Malta or Gozo person?
Gozo

Cisk or Kinnie person?
I’m sad to say I’m really not a fan of Cisk (or beer in general), so Kinnie.
