Next time you're dining out, take a moment to look around – you might just be sitting next to a celebrity! Italian actress Brigitta Boccoli was recently spotted at Palazzo Preca, a renowned restaurant on Valletta’s historic Strait Street.

The actress is celebrated for her roles in films like ‘Nostalgia di un piccolo grande amore’ by Antonio Bonifacio and ‘Gli angeli di Borsellino’ by Rocco Cesareo. She has also appeared in the popular Italian TV series ‘Don Matteo’, and took part in the 1989 edition of the Sanremo Music Festival, singing ‘Stella’ with her sister Benedicta Boccoli.

The restaurant expressed its honour in hosting ‘such a talented and graceful figure’ of Italian cinema and television, hoping her dining experience was as delightful as the experience of welcoming her.

Have you seen any international celebrities in Malta recently?
