A few localities around the islands are set to undergo planned power cuts this weekend due to maintenance works on the country’s hard-at-work power grid.

Fortunately, Enemalta, our local electricity provider, has published a list of all localities that will be affected by these works. This way, you too can plan ahead.

These works are carried out regularly to ensure that the island’s national electricity grid operates safely.

Only select streets from the following localities will be affected.

Here’s the full list of affected areas.

Saturday 6th August:

  • Attard from 4am to 12pm
  • Zebbug from 6am to 4pm
  • St. Julians from 7am to 11:30am
  • Rabat from 7am to 11:30am
  • Zabbar from 8am to 12pm and from 4pm to 8pm
