It might be a good idea to enjoy the beach in these days leading up to the Santa Marija feast, as the Maltese Islands Weather page has announced that long-term weather maps are suggesting the first signs of atmospheric instability, possibly in the days after Santa Marija.
A chance of northwestern winds followed by rain showers could be in the books, although summer will be far from over – temperatures will remain high and might even feel hotter due to the humidity that the rain brings.
In the meantime, however, the weather remains largely sunny with calm winds and negligible swell, so if you’re craving a dip you’re spoilt for choice!
