You can’t really call yourself a Maltese foodie if you’ve never been to Danny’s in Qormi.

From an ever-changing list of decadent specials to a selection of mouth-watering salads and sandwiches, this spot’s sure to satisfy any hungry customer.

It just so happens that Danny’s is the latest spot to fall victim to Malta’s persistent hospitality staff shortage – and we couldn’t be sadder.

“Due to the lack of staff and our commitment to uphold our quality standards, it comes with a heavy heart that we inform you of our temporary new opening hours,” the restaurant wrote on social media.

“Starting next week, we will be closed on Monday and Tuesday and open from Wednesday to Sunday between 8:30am and 3:30pm,” it continued.

In light of said shortage, the restaurant is looking for applicants to fill the roles of sous chef, commis chef, and chef de partie.

So, if you know anyone who might be interested in a job in catering, make sure to refer them to Danny’s!
