While we love our summer sun and beachside weather, summer 2019 won’t be too hot! But that doesn’t mean we won’t be getting our tan on!
According to local weather site Malta Weather, we should expect “an average summer in Malta and Gozo with no heatwaves.” Yay! No hot and sweaty journeys to get from point A to point B. However, Malta Weather have prediction that “high humidity levels and the odd thunderstorm are possible.”
Even though summer 2019 won’t see extraordinary temperatures, the first heat spell is just days away, according to weather site Maltese Islands Weather. “A blast of hot air from over north Africa will engulf the western Mediterranean, including the Maltese Islands next weekend.” Basically, temperatures will soar to around 33°C, promising a “sizzling long weekend” for locals. We’re SO ready to enjoy that warm sunshine we’ve been craving so much!
