Antonia Bonello is killing it as Associate Creative Director at BuzzFeed.
The talented Antonia Bonello, Associate Creative Director at BuzzFeed, has been included in a list of 30 young innovators within the Media & Marketing section of Forbes’ European 30 Under 30 for 2019.
The list recognises young innovators who are making a name for themselves within their field, and Antonia is certainly doing that! The Maltese 29-year-old is based in London, and works on creating engaging content on BuzzFeed's platforms, as well as heading BuzzFeed's media brands in the UK including Tasty, Bring Me!, Nifty, As/Is and Goodful.
She’s a whizz with retro 8-bit animation, and has reimagined Orange is the New Black, Game of Thrones, Friends, and even her daily commute on the London Underground as pixel art.
But that’s not all Antonia’s done. The talented innovator has also worked on content campaigns for huge names like Google, Nike, Netflix, Sky, Amazon, Diageo, and Nestlé.
And well, this isn’t the first time she’s been recognised. Antonia has been named as one of Media Week's 30 Under 30 and The Drum's 50 Under 30. She was shortlisted for Design Week Awards Rising Star 2016, and her work at BuzzFeed was shortlisted for The Drum Content Awards for Best Branded Content Campaign 2017 – you go girl!
