Malta’s temperatures to cool down a little this week but real feels still high
*Brings out the imrewha*

It seems like there’s a sliver of hope on the horizon in the weather department. After what seemed like an eternity, temperatures are expected to cool down a little following the heatwave that took over the islands (and let’s face it – our sanity).

According to the Met Office, we should expect highs of about 33°C and 34°C this week, however, real-feels will hit 36°C. An improvement from the sweltering 40°C, but still hot AF.

The UV Index will be at a solid 10 and will increase to 11 at times. Winds will vary across the week starting at a Force 3-4 Northeast wind, which becomes a Variable Force 2-3 and then West Force 34-5 between Thursday and Friday.

Of course, if you’re lucky enough to be enjoying the fabulous sunshine by the sea, don’t forget to slap on that sunscreen and ration out your time working on that tan. Lobster vibes are guaranteed in this case. #TriedAndTested.
