Malta's hottest day next week will feel like 42°C
No respite from the heat...

Malta is set for another extremely hot week, with the temperature expected to feel as high as 42°C on Wednesday.

According to the latest forecast by the Met Office, conditions will remain hot and sunny throughout the coming days, with official daytime highs ranging between 33°C and 35°C and warm nighttime temperatures with lows of 23°C to 25°C.

The hottest day is set to be Wednesday, which will rise to 35°C but which will feel like 42°C.

The UV index is also set to stay high, reaching 10 for most of the week.
