KM Malta Airlines also soared to 2nd place worldwide for On-Time Performance, a remarkable feat for a relatively young airline.

Here are the rankings:

Top 5 Airlines Overall (AirHelp 2025):

  1. Qatar Airways – 8.16
  2. Etihad Airways – 8.07
  3. Virgin Atlantic – 8.03
  4. Qantas – 7.99
  5. KM Malta Airlines – 7.85

Top 5 Airlines for On-Time Performance:

  1. Oman Air – 8.8
  2. KM Malta Airlines – 8.7
  3. Copa Airlines – 8.7
  4. Saudia – 8.6
  5. SAS Scandinavian Airlines – 8.5

The ranking reflects KM Malta Airlines’ focus on punctuality, customer satisfaction, and overall passenger experience. The AirHelp Score uses global flight data and passenger feedback to measure how airlines perform in key areas like reliability, support, and claims-handling.

Even international media are taking note. Newsbreak (USA) highlighted KM Malta Airlines as: ‘A sleeper hit: intimate service, efficient operations, and a boutique feel that makes each flight feel less like a transaction and more like a pleasant journey.’

Congratulations to KM Malta Airlines for the recognition!
