“There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t think of our mummies, but at this time of year we celebrate their life. Josette (Angie’s mum) passed away on 31st August, and Jackie (Maxine’s mum) passed away on 12th September. A bittersweet month for us both,” they wrote in their Facebook post.

“Cheers to both of our guardian angels, who give us the strength we need to continue to make even the smallest difference in the lives of so many wonderful children.”

Jays of Sunshine is an initiative that works closely with Puttinu Cares and plans a number of experiences to help make sick children and young people’s dreams come true at a difficult time.
