It’s Day 2 of Malta Meat Free Week & these guys are giving us some major food inspo!
The second edition of the Malta Meat Free Week challenge kicked off yesterday, and judging from the photos on socials, it seems that Day 1 of the contest was a smash hit.
Many participants took to Facebook and Instagram to share their plant-based culinary creations and I have to say, the dishes look divine!
From many variations of pumpkin dishes to healthy breakfast grain bowls, mushroom stroganoffs, vegan treats and lentil soups, their delicious aroma could almost be smelt through the photos (yes, it’s almost lunchtime, forgive my attempt at poetic prose).
If you’ve missed day one of the challenge, fear not – there are six more days to get your foot into veggie heaven.
The Malta Meat Free Week challenge lasts from 7th October till 13th October, and if sustainability is not enough of an incentive, participants are also in the line-up to win some pretty fab prizes!
