Hola Gżira!
A full-on tapas festival is taking over Ġnien il-Kunsill tal-Ewropa next week.
Running from 18th to 20th September, Tapas Fest will bring together Spanish-inspired food, drinks and live entertainment for a three-day celebration in the heart of Gżira.

Visitors can expect tapas, paella and sangria from the likes of Iber&Co, Yard 32 and Kalama, with more food stalls set to be announced ahead of the event.
And it won’t just be about the food.
The entertainment line-up includes flamenco performances by Alegria Malta, a live set from Spellbound on Saturday, Spanish acoustic music from Helen, and DJ sets from Carlitos Way and DJ Jason.
Entry is completely free, with food and drinks purchased through a simple token system. Guests can top up on arrival and use their tokens at any participating stall or bar throughout the festival.
The event is organised by Mictrix Events.
