Heritage Malta, in collaboration with Marketlink Ltd., has launched ‘Tales of Kottonera,’ an interactive portal that delves into the culture and history of the harbour region's cities—The Three Cities (Birgu, Bormla, and Isla) along with Kalkara.

Accessible online at talesofkottonera.com, the portal offers a wealth of information ranging from historical facts to intriguing tales, catering to audiences of all ages and knowledge levels - from tourists to locals.

The portal aims not only to preserve cultural heritage but also to share the stories of this culturally rich area of Malta with a broader audience. It celebrates the region's architectural marvels, historical figures, and the everyday lives of its residents. For example, in the ‘Discover’ section, users can explore engaging narratives such as that of Anglu the Gardjola’s Guard or Salvu the Servant of the Inquisitor.
