Drivers, take note! Infrastructure Malta has announced that as part of the ongoing Bugibba Pjazza regeneration project, traffic access to Bugibba Pjazza and the coastal road around Qawra (Dawret il-Gżejjer) will be closed off starting Wednesday, 1st October 2025.

During this time, road users are advised to follow the diversion signs that will be in place and make use of alternative routes to avoid delays.

Infrastructure Malta thanked the public for their patience and cooperation, while apologising for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause.
