We all love a good Hallmark Movie, whether we admit it or not. There’s something about a feel-good, soppy and downright romantic movie to escape from real life for a few hours. And Hallmark’s upcoming release was actually filmed in Malta!

Mix Up in the Mediterranean features stunning shots of Valletta, including the spectacular Triton Fountain, and what looks like The Phoenicia Hotel. Starring 90210 alum Jessica Lowndes and Broadway sensation Jeremy Jordan, Mix Up in the Mediterranean is about “a small-town cook [who] impersonates his big city chef twin to compete in a culinary contest and falls for the woman in charge of the event, who thinks he is the brother who is married,” according to IMDB.

And guess what? It’s being released sooner than you think! “What are you doing Saturday February 20th? Say... around 9pm? If you like food, romance and feel like taking a little trip to Malta TUNE into Mix Up in the Mediterranean on @hallmarkchannel,” Jessica writes on socials, captioning a reel of photos from the movie while in Malta.
